USA Casting for New Game Show from Bright Road Productions
Game shows seem to be thriving on cable right now. We just discussed TBS’s pickup of Trust Me…I’m a Game Show Host which was jettisoned by ABC a long time ago. USA is getting back into the game business. They are now casting for a family game. The show will see families of four compete for a chance to win up to $10,000. Kids in the family must be between 13 and 20. This will not feature physical challenges but instead traditional games. They are looking for people, “that can strategize and consider themselves masters,” in these games.
If you want to apply please call (424) 258.1734 or email Cheryl.L@brightroadprods.com. When you apply include your name, ages of family members, contact information (city, email, phone number), 2 pictures of your family, and tell us what makes your family fun and unique. Good luck and tell them BuzzerBlog sent you.

I miss the days in the 80s when USA had The New Chain Reaction, Jackpot and various other gameshows.
USA Network had Smush on from fall 2001 to 2002. It was a great game show that had a cool rhythm. Ken Ober and Lisa Dergan were a great pair and the set resembled the Brady Bunch living room. Should have been on longer. Kris Kringle’s fear of enclosed spaces? Santa Clausterphobia
