“The Price is Right” Throws a Baby Shower on October 25th
The Price is Right is holding a special episode for expectant mothers with the help of TheBump.com on Thursday, October 25th. The CBS daytime game show is having a “Baby Shower” special celebrating moms-to-be. The entire audience for the episode will be filled with expectant mothers. Prizes for the contestants have been handpicked by TheBump.com and include a “babymoon” vacation, an ultimate nursery collection and an assortment of car seats. Showcase prizes will be other gifts mothers may need including a minivan and a new pair of baby shoes for every week of the year. Every contestant on stage with Drew Carey will win a year’s supply of diapers and baby wipes.
This should be interesting. I love the increase in the number of specials Price has done in the last five years!
I hope the producers were careful about making sure the excitement doesn’t cause any of them to go into labor.

Considering two of the models are preggers as we speak (Rachel & Gwendolyn), this was KIND OF a no-brainer. Still, it sounds cool enough to watch!

Yeah. Gwennie had her baby on September 28. No mention of it on air yet, especially last week while Mr. Wilson was on – and they had the opportunity then since that week went to tape only a week earlier. Plenty said about Rachel’s baby bump, though.
TPIR and LMAD just announced Halloween episodes for broadcast on Wednesday 10/31.
