Recap: Adam Marchese Wins $13,000 on “Who Wants to be a Millionaire”
We’re always very proud to see BuzzerBlog readers on game shows. If you watched yesterday’s season debut of Who Wants to be a Millionaire, you saw one at the million dollar table. Adam Marchese, a dentist from Starke, Florida, collected a cool $13,000 on the syndicated quiz show Monday. Adam made it to the eighth question but chose not to risk losing his bank. His final question asked, “What military commander believed in reincarnation, and reportedly had visions that he fought alongside Carthaginian general Hannibal?” The correct answer is George Patton. In addition to Millionaire, Adam appeared on The Price is Right in 2007. Congratulations to Adam. We’re extremely happy to see you do well.

How did he do on The Price is Right?
Adam won the showcase. The episode he appeared in aired on May 16, 2007 I believe. At the end, he got to do Bob’s spay and neuter plug. I was actually in the audience at that very taping of TPIR.
The Millionaire set is absolutely gorgeous, even if there is no Hot Seat. :)
