MTV2 Debuts Stunt Game “NumbNuts” on September 28th

Sorry for the short notice on this show, but news of MTV2′s newest game show just came out this week.  The network, which recently entered the game show world thanks to Hip Hop Squares, will debut its newest game show NumbNuts this Friday, September 28th, at 10:00PM ET.  NumbNuts, hosted by comedian Jeff Dye, pits Internet-contestant’s stunt mishaps against three web-celebrity Stunt Masters – Crazy Mike, The Horse and Victor Lopez.  You may know The Horse from this season’s America’s Got Talent.  He was the one that got consistently hit in the balls.  They’ll compete in high octane, dangerous, and hilarious stunts to see who can do them best.  The stunt game show is produced by Fear Factor‘s David A. Hurwitz and directed by Wipeout‘s Rupert Thompson.

A trailer for the show is below.  Will you be tuning in?

Literally the SECOND I saw the title, I muttered to myself “$5 says Horse is involved with this.”

If Fear Factor is stunts gone serious and Wipeout is stunts gone completely wacky, I’d imagine they’re aiming for a mix of the two styles here. Could work.

At least they picked the perfect title. It also the demographics they’ll attract. So the population will soon be weeded out. Thank you, Darwin!
