“Wheel of Fortune” Ups the Stakes This Week for “Big Money Week”

If you watched Wheel of Fortune yesterday, you may have noticed that it’s one of the show’s more popular themed weeks: Big Money Week.  Beyond the set decorations, a few things have changed that are giving contestants a chance to win bigger than they normally would.  The biggest changes are happening in the end game.  Wheel has added new dollar amount envelopes to the bonus round week from $65,000 to $85,000.  It’s easier than ever for a contestant to reach six figures.  A Lexus convertible has also been added, so someone may be walking (or driving) away very, very wealthy by the end of the week.  The $1,000,000 prize is still up for grabs as well.  Watch all week and see if anyone can do it.

Actually, the ONLY changes are happening in the Bonus Round. The front game remains entirely untouched because, you know, it’s not like they’ve ever used any four-digit amounts they could’ve added back to the Wheel for at least this week.
