Hm, recognizing a guy who I saw almost every day in my childhood yell out, "Hong Kong, all right!" makes me an ubergeek? I may need to rethink my life priorities now.
His name is Scott Hostetter (and I'm sure I've butchered his last name so if he reads this I hope he forgives me). Anyways, if you're at least something of a Press Your Luck fan, you may remember a guy in the intros who lands on Hong Kong, and then proceeds to yell out "HONG KONG, ALRIGHT!!!". That's him. He also played Whammy!, and before PYL was on Woolery-era WOF (there's clips of him on Youtube going for, and losing, the short-lived Star Bonus).

Someone had an interview with him somew, here, I'll see if I can find it again later, But he was also on the $1,000,000 chance of a lifetime with his wife but they lost.

Yeah…no idea who that is, so if someone could point out where he's from that'd be great.
Otherwise, talk about the luck of the cards.
Wow, that was absolutely amazing. He has spectacular luck!
Unfortunately, I am not ubergeek enough to recognize him, would anyone be kind enough to point him out for me?

Steve, as soon as I saw that clip I just screamed out "Hong Kong!" LOL. Well done, fellow ubergeek!
This video made my day!

I didn't even think of that clip from PYL! Did he win when he was on that show?

Knew he looked familiar….
They needed a big win like this! I'm glad someone got the top prize.
